We verify the identity and scope of a privacy request, handle it under applicable law and the service agreement, and communicate progress and outcomes. Public contact details are being finalised.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Provided by you
- Contact and purchase details: name, company, phone, email, billing address, order and contract data.
- Payment references: bank transfer records or a payment provider’s transaction ID. We do not store card numbers or payment passwords.
- Support correspondence, including screenshots you choose to send.
2.2 Generated when you use the Software
- Task input: product URLs, briefs, images, brand terms, marketplace and shipping selections.
- Output: generated copy, analysis, images and exports.
- Configuration: model base URLs, model names and API keys (encrypted; never displayed in full).
- Licence data: machine code, licence file, validity and version.
- Operational logs: task status, errors, call timings.
The above is stored locally by default. When you invoke a configured model or platform API, the necessary content is transmitted to that service. Local records can be cleared in the Software.
2.3 Collected automatically on this website
Server access logs: IP address, browser type and version, time, requested path, referrer and HTTP status. These are used for security and aggregate traffic counting, not to identify individuals or build profiles.
2.4 What we never collect
We do not collect identity documents, biometric data, precise location, contacts or SMS content, and we do not collect Amazon buyer names, phone numbers or addresses.
3. How we use information
- To provide the service: run tasks, generate content, export results, synchronise listing status.
- To license and bill: issue licences, verify devices, invoice, handle refunds.
- To support you: reproduce issues, diagnose faults, answer questions.
- To secure the service and comply with law.
- To improve features using aggregated, de-identified statistics.
We do not use your content to train our models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

We use Amazon data only for the purposes you authorised, do not use it for unrelated purposes, delete or anonymise it after authorisation ends, and cooperate with Amazon’s compliance reviews.
5. Storage and security
- Software data resides on your machine; website access logs reside on our server.
- Platform requests use HTTPS/TLS. Local credential protection and operating-system access controls are described in the delivered version's security specification.
- Access to server logs is limited to authorised staff and to troubleshooting or security purposes.
- We monitor dependency vulnerabilities and notify affected customers of high-severity fixes.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share only where necessary:
- Model providers you configure: task content is sent to the text or image endpoint you selected, under their own privacy terms.
- Payment and invoicing: banks or payment processors.
- Infrastructure: hosting and log storage providers required to run this website.
- Legal requirements: where compelled by law or a competent authority.
- Business transfer: in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
7. Retention
- Orders, contracts and invoices: as required by law (not less than 3 years).
- Support records: 2 years after closure.
- Website access logs: retained for the period required by applicable law and the production hosting policy, then deleted or anonymised.
- Local data: controlled by you; uninstalling does not automatically delete the data folder.
- Amazon tokens: delete the store to clear local credentials and separately revoke access in Seller Central.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to and a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion (except records we must keep by law), withdrawal of Amazon authorisation, an explanation of our processing rules, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to Contact channels (pending); we may ask you to verify your identity.
9. Cookies and third-party scripts
This website is a set of static pages. It currently sets no cookies and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social scripts. If we introduce analytics we will describe it here and offer a choice.
10. International transfers
Model providers you configure may process task content outside China, under their own privacy terms. The location of website log storage will be specified in the production hosting arrangement. Where an international transfer requires notice, consent or other procedures, we will follow the applicable requirements and update the relevant disclosures.
11. Minors
The Software and this website are intended for businesses and adult operators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the product or the law. Material changes will be marked with a new effective date and communicated in the Software or by email.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the courts at the place of registration of 太原仁和众志孵化园有限公司.
